This hall is located on the 1st Floor of the venue.

The Hall Can be used separately as it is and also along with the Non-AC Dinning Hall in the ground Floor
IF the Hall is separately used it can be used along with buffet facility which can be arranged in the same hall for small event to serve guests around 500-(moving) and 200 ( Seated)
Lighting can be adjusted as per your requirements either as a Bright Sunny day or pleasant sea side

Decorations
We have excellent decorations team inhouse who can assist you in converting a normal hall to the destination location in a very normal cost
Also you are allowed to bring your own decoration team.

The Non AC hall is located in the ground floor of the venue. It can be used a dinning hall or a event hall without AC facility

PARKING
Car & Bike
The venue is parking facility for both car and bikes.Big Bus or Van can be parked just opposite side of the venue on the road side
Kitchen Area
The Venue has a excellent kitchen Facility to cook food for larger crowds.The kitchen is located in the ground floor of the venue and has seperate entry for the kitchen and unloading of the food can be done seperately without entering the main hall
Seperate secured store room shall be provided to store valuable food raw materials.
In case the customer need more vessels or stoves it can be arranged from 3rd party vendors on extra charges
commercial gas shall be arranged on additional charges as per government law
Power and Generator
EB & Power Back Up
The venue has enough power facility for conducting events.
In addition to that we have a power backup generator to run the facility without the AC
If backup is needed for AC also, the customer avail the same with additional payment by hiring sperate generator for AC alone
Water Facility

Cleaning Facility

We have seperate House keeping team who shall be along with the faclitity to manage the cleaning activity of the facility
We use Pressure Washers , Steamers, Hot water Cleaning to maintain the facility
Garbage Cleaning
The garbage's are disposed off as per the local government rules and we have separate vehicles for the same
